SUB SOLE
Exhibition by Zsóka Jámbor and Kata Geibl
The exhibition, connected to the Ecology and art conference organized by Budapest Metropolitan University’s (METU) Art and Design Theory Institute, showcases the works of two artists.

Zsóka Jámbor, lecturer at Budapest Metropolitan University, will present works made with the chlorofill printing process in her 2024 project Quiltic. Her creations feature the chili plant, the ancient depictions associated with it, and the inseparable unity of the material that forms the image.
Kata Geibl's 2019 series "There is Nothing New Under the Sun" and her photo book of the same title, published in 2021, address the impacts of capitalism. Her staged photographs explore the consequences of popular culture and beauty ideals, focusing on our relationship with nature, the human body, and images.
