Incoming Exchange students
After the nomination deadline, the students will receive information about the APPLICATION PROCEDURE on the DreamApply platform in the email indicated on the nomination sheet by the coordinator.
METU requires that the student have sufficient English language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) equivalent to level B2 on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) scale.
Students will be requested to submit proof of English Language Proficiency during the application.
Applicable proof: Proof could be the letter from the sending institution confirming the level of the English language proficiency (min. B2) of the student or Internationally recognized English Language Certificates
For the students who plan to apply to study at the Art faculty, it will be necessary to provide a PORTFOLIO before the application ends.
METU supports using Online Learning Agreement (OLA) system, and it must be signed from all three sides with the following order (Only for the Erasmus Students):
- student
- coordinator(s) at home university and
- coordinator(s) at host university – METU
- It is highly recommended before filling out the online learning agreement platform, students should discuss the subjects' choice with their home university coordinator to get approval and clarify the recognition part to avoid multiple changes in the system.
- If the partner institution does not support the Online Learning Agreement platform, we recommend the students use the following Template.
- The guide for filling out the Learning agreement will be shared during the application period.
- Students can check the list of the subjects offered for programs:
